The Parish Inspector is responsible for handling all construction permits on parish rights of way. Survey is responsible for setting grades for all ditching in the parish. Another of their many duties is sizing culverts for driveway installations. The first step however in the driveway culvert process it to acquire a culvert permit from the Permit Office.
