Our Story and Mission
Keep Ouachita Parish Beautiful is the parish’s anti-litter and community improvement organization focused on education, enforcement, awareness and cleanups. Affiliated with Keep America Beautiful, our mission is to “change people’s attitudes and behaviors about litter, beautification, and minimization of waste impact”. Through the efforts of all of our citizens and corporate partners we can make Ouachita Parish a clean and beautiful place for all to enjoy.
